eBeauty, China’s leading beauty brands e-commerce enabler, is one of ProA’s customer. To deal with the rapid online growth, CoEvolution and ProA worked together to build an intelligent warehouse for eBeauty.

Based on customer's pain points and business requirement, CoEvolution's team designed a new type of smart warehouse solution based on collaboration of two types of mobile robots: Co-PICK robot handles the transport of product totes between high-level shelves and low-level shelves; Co-Carry robot handles the transport of product totes between low-level shelves and work-stations. In this way, CoEvolution's smart warehouse system created a hierarchical storage architecture: the fast-selling products can be predictively stored at the low-level shelves, which acts as "cache", while slow-selling products can be stored at the high-level shelves, thus achieving both high storage density and high outbound/inbound operation efficiency.
